Information for Booking
A.a. If booking online A Deposit of £15.00 per person will be taken at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance will be automatically processed on Friday 1st October 2010. These payments are not refundable or transferable.
A.b. If you would like to call and book direct with the venue a provisional booking can be made for 7 days, full payment must be received within this 7 days. Non-payment will result in your booking being cancelled.
B. All payments are non-transferable and nonrefundable and cannot be used for any other goods and services.
C. Any adjustments must be confirmed in writing and subject to approval by the venue.
D. Additional places are subject to availability.
E. Food pre-orders are essential and must be returned by the date specified on the letter.
F. Pre-ordered drinks must be paid for by the date specified on the letter.
Cancellation by the Venue
A.In the event that the Venue has to cancel any event or package, an alternative date or Venue will be offered or a full refund given.
B. The Venue reserves the right to alter, amend or change any content, menus or prices in the brochure, should circumstances demand.
Table and Seating Plans
A. Our tables seat 10. Parties may be combined with others to make a complete table.
B. Seating plans are essential for the party nights and details are required in advance.
Strictly over 18's only No Jeans or Trainers, Fancy Dress Optional
In the unlikely event that RAI cannot supply the artiste and/or other elements of the Event as described in the Booking, RAI reserves the right to substitute that element of the Booking with an equivalent.

Terms and Conditions for Christmas Promotion 2010
for Leeds City Council (LCC) Employees ONLY
1. This promotion is open to all LCC employees and their family or friends (strictly over 18’s only). The LCC employee making the booking must attend the event.
2. The August 2010 promotional offer entitles the LCC employee and each guest to receive £5.00 off any ticket for any Christmas Party night in December 2010 …Offer ends 30th of September 2010
3. The October 2010 promotion is for a free drinks voucher (drink voucher is redeemable at your party night only and has strict guidelines as to what may be redeemed with the voucher… RAI reserves the right to choose the type of drink, brand and quantity given for each voucher redeemed). Offer ends 30th November 2010…Please note we endorse responsible drinking at all times, for details refer to www.drinkaware.co.uk
4. This promotion is for any Christmas Party night held in December 2010 only.
5. The voucher has a redemption value of £0.001
6. This promotion is valid for RAI promoted events that must have taken place between 1st of December 2010 and 31st December 2010.
7. This promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or special rate.
8. Not to be used in conjunction with agency commission payments.
9. RAI plc reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any third party.

11. Bookings must be made via the internet and the correct code on your voucher must be entered to redeem your respective offer.
